1. Our Services

Collab Kori helps brands discover and work with suitable creators and may assist with creator sourcing, campaign coordination, communication, content delivery, approvals and reporting.

Submitting a form or contacting Collab Kori does not automatically create a campaign agreement.

Campaign scope, creator selection, fees, deliverables, deadlines, payment terms, revisions and usage rights will be confirmed separately before a campaign begins.

2. Brand Campaigns

Brands must provide accurate campaign information and approve agreed campaign terms before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed, Collab Kori may charge the brand a 10% agency/service fee based on the agreed campaign amount or creator cost.

Campaign-specific pricing and payment terms will always be confirmed before execution.

3. Creator Collaborations

Creators must provide accurate profile, audience and pricing information.

Once a creator accepts a campaign, the creator is expected to deliver the agreed content within the confirmed deadline and follow the agreed brief.

For completed paid collaborations, Collab Kori may retain 10% of the creator's agreed campaign fee as an agency/service fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Joining the Collab Kori Creator Network does not guarantee paid campaigns.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their original content unless separate usage rights are agreed.

Brands may only use creator content according to the rights agreed for that specific campaign.

The Collab Kori name, logo, website design and original materials may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

5. Payments, Changes & Cancellations

Payment schedules, advances, cancellation charges, revisions and refunds will be determined in the relevant campaign agreement.

Collab Kori is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, third-party platforms, creators, brands or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Collab Kori to submit false information, impersonate another person, commit fraud, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in illegal or harmful activity.

We may refuse or discontinue service where these terms or campaign agreements are violated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Collab Kori will make reasonable efforts to coordinate campaigns professionally but does not guarantee specific reach, views, engagement, sales, revenue or other marketing results.
